Behind the Wine Sonoma Winemakers

Watch now: Scott’s Sonoma feature by The New Yorker

This is the story of Scott Peterson – and the moment winemaking met its new model.

Sonoma is home to indie winemaker Scott Peterson — thanks to the online community of Naked Wines and its Angels, who refused to let him give it up.

Here’s how winemaking met its new model – Scott Peterson. Watch the unforgettable interview filmed on site at Roberts Road Vineyard in Sonoma, CA with Naked Wines and The New Yorker.

Not all wine careers are created equally- just ask winemaker Scott Peterson. He got his start working for one of the top wineries in Cali… but he wanted a different type of life, of wine, of style – and Naked’s Angels gave him the dream he deserved.

We couldn’t be more proud of the independent winemaker Naked Angels brought to stardom and it’s an honor to see his name in lights and New Yorker headlines for the world to see.

The rebellious side of Sonoma Valley was born here, with him.
